By using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

In the event of sold-out items, supplier failure, or delayed delivery, Readunit A/S will strive to inform the customer as quickly as possible and propose a solution – for example, by crediting the purchase.
Prices and Pricing Errors
All prices are stated excluding VAT.
If a price is clearly incorrect, and the customer reasonably should have realized this, Readunit A/S is not obliged to supply the product at the incorrect price.
2. Payment
Available payment methods:
- VISA
- Mastercard
- MobilePay
- Mastercard/VISA Debit
Please note: Fees of up to 1.55% apply when using cards issued outside the EU, Norway, Iceland, and Switzerland, as well as business cards issued within the EU, Norway, Iceland, and Switzerland. The fee will only be displayed once the card number is entered. This also applies to MobilePay.
The amount will only be charged to your account once the goods are shipped.
For international credit cards (e.g., Visa or Mastercard), the payment will be reserved in accordance with your card terms until we either capture or reject the payment. No reservation is made when paying with Dankort. When using MobilePay, the card linked in the app determines whether a reservation occurs.
If problems arise with the selected payment method, we reserve the right to contact you to discuss an alternative. We may propose changes in the event of technical issues, suspected fraud, or failed payment, but such changes will only occur with your consent.
If no agreement is reached, or consent is not provided, we reserve the right to reject or cancel the order under these circumstances.
In cases of suspected fraud, we may request additional verification of your payment details. If your order is rejected, we will inform you immediately and refund any payment made.
3. Shipping
Readunit A/S uses the provider Shipmondo for deliveries within Denmark. Deliveries to Greenland and the Faroe Islands are handled by PostNord by air transport, which may in special cases be redirected to sea transport.
The available shipping methods and estimated delivery times are shown when ordering each product. Options and prices vary depending on factors such as weight and dimensions. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process.
If you select delivery to a parcel shop/locker that is full, your delivery will be redirected to the nearest available location.
Insurance
Readunit A/S has transport insurance covering possible damage or loss during shipment.
Upon receipt
Visible shipping damage must be reported the same day as receipt. Hidden damage must be reported within 5 business days of receipt. If claims are not made within these deadlines, the claim may be rejected. Claims may also be rejected if the product packaging or shipping material is disposed of before contacting Readunit A/S.
This is in accordance with the buyer’s duty of inspection under Section 51 of the Danish Sale of Goods Act and applies to both civil and commercial purchases.
Use of third-party carriers
If you choose another carrier for the purpose of reshipping, Readunit A/S is no longer responsible for the condition of the goods once the alternative carrier has accepted and forwarded the shipment.
4. B2B (Business-to-Business)
The following special conditions apply to business customers:
- No right of withdrawal
- 12-month warranty
- Return shipping costs for warranty claims are borne by the buyer
- Business purchases are delivered with distribution, and freight costs always apply regardless of order size
- A 1.55% card fee is charged on business card payments
For goods not in stock and ordered specially, we reserve the right to cancel the order or, with customer approval, deliver a reduced quantity if the full amount cannot be fulfilled. The buyer cannot subsequently demand compensation purchases.
5. Warranty
When you shop with us as a consumer, the Danish Sale of Goods Act applies, giving you a 12-month warranty.
Please create a warranty claim or contact us before returning any goods. If your claim is valid, you may have the product repaired, replaced, refunded, or receive a discount depending on the situation.
You must notify us within a “reasonable time” after discovering a defect. Claims made within two months will always be considered timely.
A testing fee of DKK 250 per half-hour (max. DKK 500 incl. VAT) may apply if the returned product is found to be without defect or the warranty does not apply.
If damage is caused by misuse, liquid damage, or handling contrary to the manufacturer’s instructions, a testing fee may also apply.
Condition of the product upon return
Pack the product securely together with any accessories (e.g., cables, media, etc.).
Damage caused by mishandling, modifications, third-party software, or misuse is not covered by the warranty. If the serial number label, seal, or similar is removed, warranty coverage may be affected.
